Booking your shoot: Our studio calendar typically books up about 4-6 weeks in advance, however don’t hesitate to call and see if we can get you in sooner.
When you arrive at our studio, please park in one of our designated “Boudoir Divas VIP” Parking spots. Come on up to our studio, where you will be greeted by one of our staff members in our lobby. If you have chosen to add hair and makeup to your shoot, you will be ushered into our private hair & makeup room to get all glammed up before your shoot by our professional stylist! ($125 additional fee for hair & makeup – however, please note that hair & makeup is already included with the “Ultimate Supermodel Package”).
Once your hair & makeup is finished you’ll be camera-ready and on your way to meet your photographer, where you will chat about your shoot and decide on your sets and outfits. At this time, your photographer will also ask you to sign an extended photo shoot agreement form(a longer version of the one that you signed when you booked your shoot with us). After you’ve had a chance to get acquainted, next your photographer will give you a quick tour of studio, and bring you to your private dressing room!
Once you get all settled into your dressing room, you’ll change into your first outfit! We generally recommend that you bring your own outfits for your shoot, since we can’t guarantee that we will have something that fits you (and something you love) in our dressing room. However, if you see something you like in our dressing room, you are more than welcome to borrow it for your shoot. (We have a lot of fun accessories, some high heels, fishnet stockings, jewelry, etc).
And now it’s time for the shoot! Depending on the number of Productions you have chosen, your shooting experience with us might last anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours! (As a sidenote, we highly recommend booking 3 or 4 Productions – because this will give you tons more variety in your shoot!) The shoot itself is SO much fun, and we promise that you are going to love the experience.
A lot of women are a little nervous about the shoot, and often we hear people say “But I don’t know how to be sexy or do sexy poses!” To which we say: Don’t worry! You are in good hands with our photographers here at the Boudoir Divas San Diego studio. Your photographer will coach you through the entire experience, and she will show you exactly what pose to do! So just relax, enjoy the experience, and have FUN!
After your shoot has ended, we will ask you to wait in our lobby for about 1 hour. During this time a lot of our clients like to go grab a quick bite to eat or make a Starbucks run to grab a coffee. We just ask that you come back to the studio in approximately 1 hour after your shoot has ended – because now it’s time for your private PREMIER where you have a chance to view all of your images!!! During your premier, one of our staff members will show you all of your images and help you choose your absolute favorite shots that you have to have! This is the time when you will also make any additional purchases on other products you might like to get (like our most popular product, the gorgeous Bombshell Book!)
After you have placed your order, we will begin the production and post-processing. All of the images that you order will receive standard airbrushing, and your order will be ready for you to pick it up at our studio in approximately 2 weeks. (Please note: the turn-around time may vary, depending on the product you have ordered).
